Living as we teach is a matter of course for us. New Business is a business area where we lead assignments on behalf of the customer against set goals. Making the right things happen is a success factor for us. Whether we lead a project, create an event or lead a business area, our key to success is always to:

- Together, define a sharp current situation against the background of the situation (internal & external) that prevails.
- Set up a future challenging and attractive target image (everyone sees the same image) around where you want to be there & then.
- Based on this, identify which are your critical success factors to get you to the future situation, that is, what must happen here & now.

We then lead the assignment towards set goals.

01. PREWORK

We strongly believe in preparation. Our prework is always adapted based on the nature of the assignment. You can essentially say that we use three different parts in preparing an assignment in an optimal way. Through good preparation, we can also follow up after completed work in an optimal way.

For more than 25 years, we have been active in various contexts around business networks. We believe in the power of meeting. We currently operate a network in Gothenburg. We also continuously arrange tennis events for the business world.
